happy new year (just a couple days late :)

it's amazing how life goes by so quick, and yet, i want so badly for everything to slow down!  the holidays have been soooo very wonderful, although living in my house has felt somewhat like living in a sardine can.  my poor brother (josh of course) has had to sleep on the cold hard floor of the laundry room (there are a few perks......like it being the quietest room......closest to the furnace.....right by the freezer with the ice cream....).  literally, every single inch of bedspace has been taken over.  thirteen people are sleeping here at the moment and it has been a very merry occasion.  i am on Christmas break and haven't thought about nursing school in a couple weeks.....the good thing is that i'm almost itching to get back into it!  i really love it, and can't wait to be a nurse (a GOOD nurse, actually).  my sister and brother are both leaving to head back to their respective homes (tulsa and colorodo) and i'm heading to visit a friend in pittsburgh before starting back to school on monday.  i'm getting better at figuring this whole xanga thing out, and it really is great - i love reading about all these people that i love, and it's so great to know where and how everyone is doing.  until next time....
